Our Story:
C&R Property Connect was founded by Carmen and Roman, a mother-and-son team who combine local knowledge, property experience, and a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.
Born and raised in West Cumbria, Carmen has spent a lifetime exploring, renovating, and investing in property across the county.
From owning a 200-year-old Grade II listed townhouse to managing a self-build from scratch, managing refurbishments, and running rental properties, she has lived through the highs and lows of property investment. This hands-on experience means she understands not only how to negotiate a great deal but also how to navigate the challenges.
Roman brings fresh energy to the business, learning investment strategies so he can start his own property portfolio alongside his Business Administration apprenticeship. Together, they represent both the experience of the seasoned investor and the enthusiasm of the next generation.
